Repost: How to…save water
Apparently 46% of us think their household uses less than 20 litres of water each day. That’s the amount you’d use taking a 2-minute shower. Actually the average is more like 150 litres per person and we need to reduce this by 40 litres to meet the Government’s targets. Clear as mud?
There are some simple steps we can all take to be more aware of the amount of water we use, as well as thinking about ways we can reuse water as much as possible in our homes.
